  • 胡文琦呼籲，公共政策要有理性討論的空間，也提醒這件事的始作俑者就是民進黨的態度前後不一；民進黨認為反服貿抗爭運動侵佔公署、破壞公物是政治事件，因此，民進黨政府予以撤告，而勞團抗議也是在主張他們認為合理的權利。胡文琦強調，民進黨不應以黑箱作業、多數暴力的方式強行通過一例一休的法案，呼籲蔡政府不要玩火自焚、反噬自己。

    針對民進黨立法院黨團總召柯建銘遭抗議勞團潑水並推倒，國民黨文傳會副主委胡文琦今天(2日)下午發布新聞稿表達遺憾，並表示國民黨不認同任何暴力行為。不過，胡文琦也強調，此事凸顯蔡英文總統所說，人民若不是忍無可忍，沒人會想上街頭；而勞工若不是忍無可忍，也不會絕食抗議，民進黨政府應真心正視勞團的相關訴求。
